Who is Tattoo Planner built for?

Solo tattoo artists and studios across Europe. Whether you're working alone or managing a team of artists, Tattoo Planner handles your bookings, client records, and SMS reminders — without the bloat of software designed for hair salons or spas.

Which countries do you support?

Tattoo Planner works everywhere, and pricing is in EUR. We currently support SMS reminders in most European countries. If you're unsure whether your country is covered, drop us a message and we'll confirm before you sign up.

Can I migrate from my current booking tool?

Yes. If you have an existing client list or booking history you want to bring over, reach out and we'll help you import it. Setup takes about 15 minutes from scratch — migration timelines depend on what you're moving from.

How long does setup take?
